Privacy Policy

Skriva collects only what is necessary to provide the service: ​• Wallet address — your public Solana wallet address, used to fetch on-chain staking data. We never request or store your private keys or seed phrases. ​• Device identifiers — anonymous identifiers used to deliver push notifications about rewards and guardian updates. ​• Usage data — in-app interactions (screens visited, features used) collected in aggregate to improve the product. No personally identifiable information is attached. ​• Early-access email — if you join the waitlist, your email is stored solely to notify you when the app is available.

We use the information we collect to: ​• Retrieve and display your staking positions, rewards, and guardian rankings from the Solana blockchain. ​• Send push notifications when rewards are claimable or a better guardian becomes available. ​• Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve app performance and features. ​• Contact waitlist members with app launch and early-access updates. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to third parties.

All staking and reward data is read directly from the Solana blockchain, which is public by nature. Your wallet address and all on-chain transactions are inherently visible to anyone. Skriva does not control or store blockchain data — we only display what is already publicly available.

Data we do store (notification tokens, waitlist emails, aggregate analytics) is held on servers with encryption at rest and in transit. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service or as required by law. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Skriva uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies: ​• Solana RPC providers — to read blockchain state. ​• Firebase Cloud Messaging — to deliver push notifications. ​• Vercel — to host the web presence. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these services.

Skriva is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email (if you are on the waitlist). Continued use of Skriva after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
