Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using Skriva (the “App”) or visiting skriva.space (the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.

You must be at least 18 years old and have a Solana Seeker device to use Skriva. By using the App you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Skriva is a non-custodial Solana staking companion app. It reads on-chain data, surfaces validator rankings, and sends reward notifications. Skriva does not: ​• Hold, control, or have access to your private keys or funds. ​• Execute transactions on your behalf without explicit confirmation through your Seed Vault. ​• Guarantee any specific staking yield, APY, or reward outcome.

Skriva is a tool, not a financial service. Nothing in the App or Site constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Staking involves risk — validator performance can change, and you may earn less than expected. You are solely responsible for your staking decisions.

You agree to: ​• Keep your Seed Vault and device secure. Skriva cannot recover lost wallets or funds. ​• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. ​• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the App or its backend services. ​• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation with Skriva.

All content, design, code, and branding within the App and Site are owned by or licensed to Skriva. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Skriva integrates with third-party Solana RPC providers and validator data sources. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of these services. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience — we do not endorse their content.

The App and Site are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Blockchain networks can experience outages, forks, or congestion outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skriva and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or Site, including but not limited to lost staking rewards, data loss, or unauthorized access to your wallet.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration where permitted by law.
